Dear Westville School District Parents and Community,
The Chromebook pick-up scheduled for September 2 has been CANCELED.
The brand new Chromebooks have been shipped and should be arriving in the next 48 hours. Instead of passing out the old devices and then swapping them out, we are going to hold off and only pass out the brand new devices.
Parents and students should still sign-off the Chromebook Policy slip and send it to school. If slips have been turned into the classroom teacher, Chromebooks will be passed out for in-person learners during class. A copy of the policy can be found here: Chromebook Policy and the sign-off is on page #9.
A time will be set up to collect slips and pass out Chromebooks for remote learners as soon as the devices are inventoried and set-up for distribution we anticipate it will be early next week at the latest.
We are excited that each child will have brand new device.
